Press release: March 25, 2025 Regarding the joint development of “Hotel Indigo Changi Airport” by OUE Limited and Tokyo Century ~Scheduled to open in 2028 as Singapore’s first ZEB (Net Zero Energy Building) hotel~ Tokyo Century Co., Ltd. (Stock code: 8439, hereinafter referred to as Tokyo Century), Tokyo Century’s wholly owned subsidiary TC Realty SG Pte. We would like to inform you that we have decided to jointly develop “Airport Airport” (hereinafter referred to as the hotel) as follows. Please note that OUE received development permission for this hotel from Changi Airport Group on April 26, 2024 (*2), and construction is scheduled to be completed and open in 2028. InterContinental Beppu Resort & Spa and Hotel Indigo Karuizawa, as well as the ultra-luxury hotel “Dorchester Collection” currently under construction at “Torch Tower” in the “TOKYO TORCH” block in front of Tokyo Station’s Nihonbashi exit, which is being jointly developed with Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. We have been promoting our hotel business through initiatives aimed at opening in 2019. The hotel is 163 meters long and has 255 guest rooms, with an innovative design and
state-of-the-art facilities such as a rooftop pool and gym, as well as panoramic views overlooking the runway, Airport Boulevard, and the skyline.The concept is to provide a unique airport accommodation experience. Additionally, by incorporating sustainable features such as photovoltaic panels, hybrid cooling systems, naturally ventilated corridors and rainwater harvesting technology, we aim to improve guest comfort and well-being while reducing our environmental impact. The hotel is currently scheduled to become Singapore’s first (*3) ZEB (Net Zero Energy Building) hotel and the world’s first (*3) ZEB (Net Zero Energy Building) airport hotel. *1: TC Realty SG Pte.
