On March 29th (Saturday) and March 30th (Sunday), 2025, the Japan Toy Association, Nasu Area Hotel & Leisure Facility Liaison Council, and Nasu Kogen Gentian Lake Family Farm will jointly host the Nasu Children’s Expo, an event commemorating the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the Nasu Town municipal system.

It is a ranch-style theme park that takes advantage of nature, with a vast site of approximately 300,000 square meters and a lake with a circumference of 2 km. We have the largest number of alpacas in Japan (more than 150), and we continue to offer new content such as “alpaca glamping” where you can be surrounded by alpacas, and glamping on a lake, which was introduced for the first time in Japan. (As of April 1, 2013, it has been approved by the Cabinet Office and has become a general incorporated association) Aiming to foster children’s dreams and rich emotions and create a new lifestyle culture through the provision of high-quality toys, we carry out various projects such as holding the Tokyo Toy Show (trade fair), implementing ST standards and ST marks (toy safety measures), and promoting the spread of play-friendly toys. ■What is the Nasu Area Hotel & Leisure Facility Liaison Council This is a council formed by 15 companies and 18 facilities in the Nasu area. Commonly known as H&L While the tourism industry was in decline due to the effects of the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, it was established in the Nasu area to help tourism facilities work together across industry boundaries to revive Nasu and attract tourists.
