The sweets, which incorporate plenty of seasonal mangoes and peaches from Yamanashi Prefecture, which have a rich aroma and elegant sweetness, are gorgeously beautiful and photogenic. The “Mango and Coconut Roll Cake” is a lightly baked roll cake that is rolled up with mango jam, coconut-flavored cream, and plenty of mango. The “Peach Pie Tart” is made with fresh peaches layered like petals, and the crispy pie tart dough with a buttery aroma and the sweet yogurt cream bring out the gentle flavor of the peach. The “Passion Sauce and Coconut Mousse with Citron Jelly and Mango Sorbet” is a visually appealing dish that contains passion sauce, coconut cream, and chunky mango pulp in a chocolate dish that resembles a coconut. The assiette dessert, which is garnished with sour lime jelly and mango sorbet, shows off the pastry chef’s playfulness. For light meals, we also offer the hotel’s carefully simmered “Beef Curry” and the cold soup “Vichyssoise,” which is perfect for this season when the heat begins to spread.
