details ​ Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu (Minatomirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama, General Manager Yuji Kitamura) Lounge “Somer House” (2nd floor) will offer “Freshly Squeezed Mont Blanc – Matcha” for a limited time from May 1st (Thursday) to June 30th (Monday), 2025. “Freshly Squeezed Mont Blanc” is a popular dessert offered at “Somer House” where the staff squeezes the cream right in front of the customers. From May to June, we will offer a “Japanese” taste using matcha cream with an elegant scent. A plate of flavorful black sesame ice cream, gently sweet red bean jelly, chestnut kinton, etc. is served with a half-sized croissant baked in the hotel’s Maison Kayser workshop, and the bittersweet Uji matcha cream is squeezed right in front of the customer.
