(Headquarters: Sumida-ku, Tokyo, President: Tsuzukiyo, hereinafter referred to as Tobu Railway) and shares The company Nishigaki (Headquarters: Kyotango City, Kyoto Prefecture, President: Shunpei Nishigaki, hereinafter referred to as Nishigaki) will open a glamping facility in Shiraoka City, Saitama Prefecture in the spring of 2026. Additionally, we would like to inform you that we have established a new company, TN Leisure Create LLC, in which each company will invest to operate this facility. The facility to be opened will be easily accessible from the suburbs of the Tokyo metropolitan area, and is planned to be of two types: a dome type that can accommodate families or multiple groups, and a cottage type that will have a private dog run to meet the needs of dog lovers. We are doing so. In both types, each building is separate, allowing you to enjoy private space and time, as well as equipped with barbecue facilities and serving meals made with local ingredients. This facility is located adjacent to the “Hybrid Leisure Land Tobu Zoological Park” which has a zoo and amusement park, etc., and has a set plan with accommodation and special benefits for those who stay, which attracts 1.2 million visitors annually. We will consider sales measures that make the most of our ability to attract customers, and provide experiences and value not found at other glamping facilities. By collaborating with Nishigaki, which has expertise in developing and operating facilities such as glamping, and the Tobu Group, which has a wealth of assets along the line, we aim to create even more attractiveness and improve the value of the Tobu Zoological Park area.
