Drawing on my experience in both Iyengar yoga, which uses props to tailor movements to each individual’s physical condition, and Vinyasa yoga, which connects poses with the flow of breath, I teach a “comfortable yoga” that emphasizes using the body correctly. I also use yoga to teach training and conditioning that allows each person to enjoy running at their own pace and continue safely, and I am growing the run yoga community, which combines yoga and running.
