In the open lobby lounge “The Lounge” with its impressive marble pillars and atrium, you can enjoy an elegant moment with free-flowing TWG Tea while looking out at the summer-colored garden through the windows on one side. Summer Fruit Weekday Afternoon Tea We have prepared a weekday afternoon tea with the theme of fragrant summer fruits. The “Peach Blancmange” is a glass dessert made by layering blancmange with fruit, puree, and jelly, allowing you to fully enjoy the aroma and sweetness of fresh peaches. Desserts unique to summer, such as the refreshing “Melon and Pineapple Glass with Almond Cream,” in which the sweetness and sourness of fruit and the gentle sweetness of almond cream spread with every bite, are served on an original glass plate. For savory dishes, we have prepared items made with carefully selected ingredients, such as “Foie Gras Cream Semi-Dried Fig Croissant Sandwich” and “Prosciutto and Marinated Quincy Melon Tart.” This is a weekday-only afternoon tea where you can spend a cool afternoon in elegance against the backdrop of a sunny garden.
