We offer a limited menu for the holiday season, using plenty of seasonal vegetables and herbs harvested from our own vegetable garden, “Our Farm.” ◆Essence – Warm Christmas in the forest -/Fine Dining “Essence” is a seasonal course dinner prepared by our chef, using seasonal vegetables and herbs harvested from our own garden, “Our Farm.” During the holiday season, under the theme of “Forest Christmas,” we will prepare a dinner filled with the breath of greenery and rich in the blessings of nature. The hors d’oeuvre includes plenty of freshly harvested vegetables from Our Farm and seasonal lobster. The soup is served in a potage using butternut squash, which is harvested in the fall and ripened to become sweeter.
