With this store opening, in addition to selling “WiFiBOX”, prepaid SIMs, and eSIM square “eSIM square” mainly to those heading overseas, we will also be able to rent equipment from the corporate Wi-Fi rental service “Wi-Ho!Biz” to business users, improving customer
convenience. In addition, starting April 1st (Tuesday), we will be installing a new “WiFi BOX” (unmanned aerial vehicle) on the international/domestic arrival floor on the 1st floor of Kansai International Airport’s Terminal 1 building and on the south side of the check-in counter on the 1st floor of Osaka International (Itami) Airport. *WiFiBOX is installed at the south exit counter of the arrival floor of Terminal 1, the north exit (unmanned), and the international departure and arrival gates of Terminal 2

The grand opening is Thursday, March 27th. In line with the airport renovation movement, we have decided to offer staffed store services on the departure floor, where we can more flexibly make proposals tailored to the needs of our customers. The store will be located in a location that is easily accessible not only for travel but also for business trips. The store has a full lineup of products such as “WiFiBOX” as well as prepaid SIM cards and eSIM products. We also rent out Wi-Ho!Biz, our corporate Wi-Fi rental service. In addition, in conjunction with this store opening, the “Kansai Airport Baggage Service” store on the same floor and the unmanned aircraft installed near the E/F counter will be closed on March 31st (Monday), and service provision will be consolidated at the new store. Please be careful if you are a current customer. Furthermore, starting April 1st (Tuesday), we will be installing new WiFi BOXes (unmanned aerial vehicles) near the international and domestic arrivals floors on the 1st floor of Kansai International Airport’s Terminal 1 Building and near the check-in counters on the 1st floor of Itami Airport.
