The afternoon tea that we are offering this time is characterized by its deep, nostalgic flavor, which uses plenty of farm produce, with the rich flavor of wildflowers that are usually overlooked as the main ingredient. About directly managed farm Aomori “Tohoku Farm”

On about 10 hectares, part of a total area of about 100 hectares, vegetables and herbs are grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and we are also trying to grow rice without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. In addition, the chicken farm collects free-range brand eggs “Aodama” and “Akadama”, and the chickens’ staple food, dent corn, is also grown on the farm completely without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Other wild vegetables and wild plants are also harvested, and approximately 100 types of ingredients are delivered directly to Hotel Continental Fuchu throughout the season.
