Kumamoto prefecture Press release: November 15, 2024 Seminar to think about new travel and work styles in Kumamoto “2 hours to think about new ways to connect with Kumamoto Prefecture” ～December 5th (Thursday) at Tokyo Midtown Yaesu～ Kumamoto Prefecture is working on the workation business as a new way of traveling and working, creating new travel demand, realizing sustainable social and economic activities through interaction between local communities and companies, and promoting exchanges. We aim to expand the population and related population. The Kumamoto Workation Program, which focuses on interaction with local people and provides learning and awareness from Kumamoto’s unique history, culture and nature, benefits not only the participants but also the sending companies and the host communities. This is a sampo-yoshi initiative with many benefits.
