Tokaichi, held every December 10th at Musashi Ichinomiya Hikawa Shrine, is a “Tori no Ichi” held in conjunction with the Hikawa Shrine’s Shinto ritual “Daitosai.” In addition, the 12th festival held at Cho Shrine on December 12th every year is the “Otoshi no Ichi” festival, which is held to welcome good fortune in the New Year.
