Fujisato Wa Paper focused on this gap and developed “QUALTA” based on the belief that a high-quality space requires a toilet paper suitable for it. ■Characteristics of “QUALTA” Based on sashiko as a motif, we have designed three traditional patterns as embossed patterns: hemp leaves, sea waves, and flower sashimi. By laminating and embossing the front and back papers and pasting them together three-dimensionally, the pattern creates beautiful relief-like shadows. Embossed patterns are not only beautiful as a design, but also create a three-dimensional space between the sheets of paper, feel like cloth, and exhibit functions such as high water absorption. It is an environmentally friendly product that uses a unique hybrid soft manufacturing method to create a soft texture that is hard to believe that it is recycled paper, even though it contains 50% recycled paper pulp.
