We will be offering a “Black Tea Peking Duck & Shark Fin Earthen Pot Rice Lunch Course”. In this lunch course, you can enjoy black tea Peking duck and “Hoshigaoka”‘s classic popular dish shark fin clay pot rice. Peking duck uses tender and juicy black tea duck. It is a luxurious dish that is drizzled with high-temperature oil just before being served to the customer to make it crispy and fragrant, and then enjoyed with homemade miso made from moromi moromi. Shark fin earthen pot rice is a dish of shark fin simmered in a long-simmered white soup with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and green onion oil. In addition, as part of our activities to support the recovery of the Noto region, we will be offering menus using Gensuke radish, a Kaga vegetable grown in Ishikawa Prefecture.
