Those who participate in “e-Awaji Islander” will plant an “almond tree” with their name plate on Awaji Island in order to become “virtual islanders.” Therefore, we have designated February and March as “Almond Tree Planting Month”, as the cold weather makes the soil dry and suitable for almond tree planting, and we will be holding various “tree planting events” where you can plant almond trees with your own hands for a “limited time”. ■e-Awaji Islander Membership Overview With the planting of one almond tree as proof of membership, you can experience activities and events that allow you to fully experience the charm of Awaji Island, both in real and virtual ways.
