[Otaguro Park autumn leaves illumination 2024 ​ Event overview】 ●Venue: Suginami Ward Otaguro Park (3-33-12 Ogikubo, Suginami Ward) ●Period: November 30th (Saturday) to December 8th (Sunday) *During the illumination period, the park will open at 9 a.m. on Wednesdays (December 4th), which is normally closed. ●Normal opening hours: 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (last entry 4:00 p.m.) ●Light-up hours: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm (last admission 7:45 pm) Friday to Sunday 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm (last admission 8:30 pm) *During the illumination period, the gates will close at 4:30 p.m., and entry to the park will begin at 5 p.m. ●Participation fee: Light-up time 300 yen for adults, 100 yen for elementary and junior high school students (free for preschool children) *Admission is free during normal opening hours. > https://ogikubo3gardens.jp/ootaguro/ Motoo Otaguro, a pioneering music critic in Japan who gained popularity through his appearance on the radio program “Battle no Izumi,” acquired land in Ogikubo in 1933.
