Zabaione is a traditional sweet that is said to have been invented in Italy around the 17th century, and this time we arranged it with strawberries from Nara Prefecture and Yamato tea to give it a Nara style. The sourness of strawberries, the texture of foie gras, and the flavor of Yamato tea combine well to create a rich and deep flavor.
