Summer vacation event “Landmark Plaza MARK IS Minatomirai Dinosaur Festival” will exhibit impressive content such as 4m dinosaur statues and dinosaur Nebuta In addition, there will be a workshop where you can make your own original dinosaur goods. Event period: July 19th (Sat) – August 17th (Sun), 2025. Venue: Landmark Plaza, MARK IS Minatomirai Yokohama Landmark Tower Landmark Plaza (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture / operated by Mitsubishi Jisho Property Management Co., Ltd.) and MARK IS Minato Mirai (same company/operated by the same company) will hold a summer vacation limited time event, “Landmark Plaza Mark Is Minato Mirai Dinosaur Festival” from July 19th (Sat) to August 17th (Sun), 2025. Landmark Plaza will exhibit dinosaur statues in the building entitled “Roar! Dinosaur Jungle”. A 4m-tall Tyrannosaurus will be displayed in a jungle-like decoration. MARK IS Minatomirai will hold an event entitled “Scorching Volcano Dinosaur Summer Festival” where they will exhibit special “Nebuta” floats made by the Nebuta Design Research Club of Tokyo Metropolitan Polytechnic High School (part-time course) in the shape of a Tyrannosaurus and a Pteranodon. In addition, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays during the event, you can enjoy dinosaur-themed workshops at both facilities, and various

spectacular “Dinosaur Nebuta” display MARK IS Minatomirai 1st floor Dinosaur-shaped nebuta floats will be set up in the Grand Galleria. The approximately 3m* tall nebuta, depicting a galloping Tyrannosaurus and a flying Pteranodon with a scorching volcano in the background, were specially created for this event by the Nebuta Design Research Club of Tokyo Metropolitan Technical High School (part-time course). Graphics of the footprints of the dinosaurs will also be displayed inside the building.
