Our role is to support marketing, sales, and reservation management that connects the local community and Japan. Our goal is to provide Japanese customers with a journey that moves their hearts while respecting the local lifestyle and culture. The staff is small, including representative Takeshi Nagaoka. We build face-to-face relationships with local partners and engage in daily dialogue as we work to create trips. The company name “Minna” incorporates our hope that all people living on earth can create a better future, regardless of national borders or positions. We started supporting tours in Mongolia and Kyrgyzstan as a private business, and became a

That innocent dream became the trigger that changed my life. After retiring from the Self-Defense Forces, Nagaoka worked in sales and led a book club before jumping to Mongolia to do what he really wanted to do. However, living in a foreign land was much more difficult than I had imagined, and I was unable to communicate with them in the language, and I felt like I was going to break down many times. During my first horseback riding experience, I yelled at the horse out of frustration and was quietly scolded by a young nomad, Tsokut, who told me, “Horses are connected through trust.” At that moment, my sense of impatience, pride, and desire to control collapsed, and for the first time I felt like I was experiencing a world where horses, people, and nature are all connected through trust. From there, we started planning a trip to Mongolia and Kyrgyzstan. As a result of continuing to take on the challenge of facing different cultures seriously and creating tours that are rooted in local life, we were able to grow our business into a business that achieves annual sales of 100 million yen in the niche market of “Mongolian horseback riding.” However, sales are not the goal. Our challenge is to further strengthen collaboration with local travel agencies with roots in Mongolia and Kyrgyzstan to deliver “travel that fosters freedom and growth” to as many people as possible. Strengthening cooperation with local travel agencies in Mongolia and Kyrgyzstan └ We will collaborate with locals to evolve tour creation that is rooted in culture and lifestyle. • Full-scale development of marketing and reservation support for travelers └ We provide information from the customer’s perspective and a smooth reservation experience. • A portion of the tour sales will be set aside as a “nomad support fund” (scheduled for future use) └ Support will be delivered to nomadic families in case of emergencies such as winter snow damage (dzud). • New tour project focused on growth experiences (in preparation) └ We are planning to develop tours that are not just sightseeing, but specialize in “experiences that move the heart.” Through these initiatives, we will propose a new way of traveling that goes beyond mere sightseeing, and give form to the “travel of the future” where both visitors and those who welcome them can receive something from each other and nurture each other. ■Co-creation with local partners
