The Beer and Wine Terrace has become a regular feature of our hotel. This year, we will be offering a relaxing and luxurious evening on the theme of Southern France and Provence at this hidden oasis in the heart of Susukino. Mercure Sapporo (2-2-4 Minami 4-jo Nishi 2-chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo City, General Manager: Carcel Christopher) is Today, July 1st, 2025 (Tuesday), we opened a beer and wine terrace in the hotel courtyard, “La Terrasse,” for a limited period of two months. This project has become an annual event. In 2025, the event will be themed on Southern Provence and will be called “La Terrasse du Provence”. We will create an atmosphere that reflects the warm climate, rich food culture, and leisurely pace of time that Provence has to offer along with the food and drinks. For food, we offer a meat plate with a luxurious assortment of Hokkaido beef fillet roast beef and duck confit, as well as a Provencal-style hors d’oeuvre buffet with ratatouille, escabeche, moules frites, and more. We have a wide selection of drinks, including red, white, rosé and sparkling wines from the south of France, as well as draft beer, cocktails and soft drinks.
