Full moon stall will be held for the first time on May 13th (Thursday, full moon) ～A new bond between the region and tourists brought together by full moon takoyaki～ “Itsuki Chaya”, a rest facility at the historic Saiku ruins operated by Meiwa Kanko Trading Company (Saikyu, Meiwa Town, Mie Prefecture), reopened on April 29th (Tuesday) after renovations. To commemorate this, the “Full Moon Yatai” event, which is held on the full moon day of every month, will be held at Itsuki Chaya on Tuesday, May 13, 2025. Through the famous Mangetsu Takoyaki, Mangetsu Yatai aims to become a place to interact with local residents, create new encounters with tourists visiting Meiwa Town, and share the charm of the region. While carefully baking each takoyaki, we value conversation with our customers and provide an opportunity for locals and tourists to connect. While waiting, we will create opportunities for you to experience the local tourist spots and local culture that make the full moon so exciting, such as visiting Take Shrine, which is within walking distance.
