The highlight of the event is a tasting project of the timeless Sanuki udon. We will be serving udon noodles made using the wheat variety from the 1970 Osaka Expo (limited to 100 servings a day) and udon noodles made using Sanuki no Yume 2023, a new variety of prefecture-produced wheat (800 servings a day).
