JAL Press release: November 21, 2024 JAL applies for fuel surcharge on international cargo November 20, 2024 JAL has applied to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism for a fuel surcharge for international cargo originating from Japan that will be applied from December 1, 2024.
