It opened on the 13th in Higashi-Ueno, Taito Ward, Tokyo. HOTEL TOKI is a residential hotel for medium- to long-term stays. With planning by the Seiwa Group that maximizes the value of the land, and a design and construction that utilizes the Seiwa Group’s rental apartment know-how to cater to the needs of inbound tourists for medium- to long-term stays, it is a “living hotel” that offers a home-like living experience. Our 18 modern Japanese guest rooms incorporate traditional Japanese colors and textures, capturing the four seasons. Each room features its own unique Japanese and seasonal color scheme, and each room features its own unique interior design, including lighting, sofas, and tables. Experience the transition of time and seasons with authentic Japanese hospitality, and enjoy unique encounters and discoveries with every stay. Equipped with appliances such as refrigerators, microwave ovens, and washing machines, furniture such as tables and sofas, and amenities including cooking utensils, tableware, and cutlery, the guest rooms offer a comfortable, residential-like living space (18 rooms in total, ranging from approximately 27.50 square meters (accommodates 4 people) to 40.10 square meters (accommodates 6 people)). >
