At this fair, you can enjoy special, limited-time flavors at the hotel’s restaurant and bar, created by combining Ibaraki Prefecture’s brand ingredients with the master chef’s skills. At “All Day Dining Camellia,” you can enjoy the “Taste of Hitachi Province Buffet” for dinner, which features a variety of menu items that showcase the appeal of Ibaraki ingredients. In the live kitchen, the chef will cook and serve “Grilled Ibaraki Hitachi Beef Steak with Ibaraki
Vegetables”, “Grilled Ibaraki Brand Pork “Hitachi no Kagayaki” with Honey Mustard Sauce”, and “Roasted Ibaraki Vegetables”. The restaurant is also planning to hold a “Melon & Watermelon Dessert Buffet” for two days only on June 6th (Friday) and 13th (Friday), with a wide selection of sweets made with Ibaraki melon, watermelon, blueberries, and more. “Beer Restaurant Oak Brewery” will serve oven-baked pizzas made with Ibaraki green onions, which have been roasted to bring out their flavor and sweetness, and brand pork “Hitachi no Kagayaki” sausages. It goes well with the craft beer brewed by the hotel.
