The building will be directly connected to Akasaka Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line, and a theater and hall are also planned for the lower floors, with the aim of making the entire building an entertainment hub in Akasaka. The hotel is conveniently located for access to the business district and tourist attractions in Tokyo, and there are plans for limousine buses to arrive and depart from the airport.
