Norikura at an altitude of 1,318m. It opened in 1921 as the “Nomugi Branch School of Takane Elementary School” and was closed in 1981, but it is still a valuable building that has been carefully protected by local people and retains the atmosphere of the time. The summer festival held at this school offers a variety of programs such as music, dance, theater, experience classes, and festivals, allowing all visitors to experience a “celebration that can only be experienced here and now.” [Highlights] Special appearance by dancer Hirokazu Taniguchi from Hida Takayama Hirokazu Taniguchi, who choreographed the popular movie “National Treasure,” will be appearing.
