In order to respond to the diversifying expectations and needs of approximately 80 million passengers a year, we have pursued convenience and comfort at Terminals 1, 2, and 3.As a result, we have improved the services of airport staff and the terminals. It was evaluated as meeting global quality standards in various categories, including functional comfort and interior cleanliness. In particular, the site has been highly praised for its diverse shopping areas, wide variety of dining establishments, and efforts to expand appropriate guidance functions. Haneda Airport will continue to be grateful to everyone who uses the airport every day, and as the gateway to Japan’s skies, we will continue to work together and cooperate with airport operators and related organizations to realize the ideal image of Haneda Airport.
