Through a variety of stage performances, such as the opening event on the first day and a fashion show of Banshu-ori textiles, as well as booths offering tastings of Hyogo’s representative gourmet foods and workshops on traditional crafts, we will promote the charms of various parts of Hyogo and efforts to embody the SDGs of the region. Overview of the event The Hyogo Field Pavilion is an initiative that treats the entire Hyogo prefecture as one large pavilion, promotes the appeal of the “activity sites themselves” in each region, and allows many people to actually see, experience, and learn. There are currently 260 programs. At this event, 116 of these programs will gather at the Expo’s Gallery WEST and Pop-up Stage West, and you can experience the Hyogo Field Pavilion’s efforts all at once for five days. In addition to booths offering tastings of Japanese black beef, sake, and Tamba ware workshops, there will be a fashion show of Banshu weaving by high school students and a Noh performance by the 12th generation Ezaki Kinjiro, and the activities that the Hyogo Field Pavilion Program has been working on and the charm of the region will be communicated through the stage.
