This will allow customers in the Kansai region to experience Emirates’ high-quality hospitality even more closely. Today’s grand opening ceremony was attended by Osaka Governor Hirofumi Yoshimura, UAE Ambassador to Japan His Excellency Shihab Al Fahim, and many other distinguished guests and media representatives. Emirates’ Executive Vice President Nabil Sultan and other senior executives attended the ceremony, making it a grand event. The Emirates Travel Store is strategically located in KITTE Osaka, Osaka’s bustling commercial area, and is approximately 110 square meters in size. As a dedicated space where customers can make travel suggestions tailored to their needs, experienced staff will provide detailed service. Staff who can speak multiple languages, including Japanese, are on hand to provide expert support to domestic and international customers, including air ticket bookings, travel information, and carefully selected itinerary suggestions. The store has been carefully designed to epitomise contemporary luxury and comfort, with a warm and inviting ambience. Soft beige lounge chairs and sleek, modern décor create a cosy atmosphere, where customers can enjoy premium service from a dedicated travel consultant. For added convenience, the store is equipped with self-service kiosks, a personalised queue system and a selfie mirror, offering a backdrop of Emirates’ popular destinations. At the grand opening ceremony, Emirates Executive Vice President Nabil Sultan spoke about the significance of the new store: “Japan is a very important market for Emirates, and today’s opening demonstrates our commitment to further deepening our connections with customers and partners in the Kansai region and making our products and services more accessible to them. The opening of the Travel Store embodies our customer-first approach, and we are confident that this space will play a major role in building deeper relationships with the people of Japan.” Currently, Emirates operates daily flights to cities at Kansai International Airport, Narita International Airport and Haneda Airport, providing comfortable products with the latest equipment on all Japanese routes. Emirates Travel Store Osaka (3-2-2 Umeda, Kita-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture) is open Monday to Friday from 11am to 7pm (closed temporarily between 1pm and 2pm). Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
