(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Yuto Ichinohe) held an open event on Sunday, April 20, 2025 at the experience-based accommodation facility “BUB RESORT Tsukuba” (Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture) for related parties, local families, and media members. A total of 110 people participated on the day, and were able to fully experience the charm of the facility through BUB’s unique “serious play” experience program. During the indigo dyeing experience and immersive activities based on the legend of Benkei, parents and children were able to work together to take on challenges, providing a moment to deepen their bonds. It also created an opportunity for BUB crew members to interact with local residents, giving them an opportunity to feel that the facility is deeply rooted in the community. Furthermore, for media members, we provided a French course using plenty of local ingredients from Tsukuba. It has also been well received as a place to communicate the local food culture and charm. A day to connect with the local community through guest greetings and survival games for a total of 30 people At the beginning of the event, we invited Mr. Suzuki, a member of the Ibaraki Prefectural Assembly, and Mr. Gozu, a member of the Tsukuba City Council, to give guest greetings. They talked about the development of the region and their expectations for BUB RESORT Tsukuba, and once again demonstrated the importance of ties with the region. Next, all participants were divided into teams and took on the challenge of a “survival game.” It was a valuable opportunity for parents and children to interact and deepen their bonds as they worked together and had fun.
