Press release: July 24, 2025 To members of the press August 6th is Ministop’s summer staple “Halo-Halo Day” and August 7th is “Hanayashiki Day” – celebrating the anniversaries just one day apart! Ministop and Asakusa Hanayashiki will hold their first collaboration event! Asakusa Hanayashiki, the oldest amusement park in Japan, operated by Hanayashiki Co., Ltd. (Taito-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Toyofumi Nishikawa), will hold its first collaboration event with Ministop. This collaboration event was made possible by the fact that August 6th (Wednesday) is Ministop’s summer staple “Halo-Halo Day” and August 7th (Thursday) is “Hanayashiki Day,” which are just one day apart, so that we can all get through the hot summer together. Both companies’ anniversaries are anniversary dates established by the Japan Anniversary Association. We have prepared various measures to celebrate both anniversaries, such as distributing coloring fans, running SNS campaigns, and having Ministop’s public relations officer, Mimipp, visit the park.
