Note)” will be released. This summer, we will be offering savouries and desserts that combine fruits such as white peach, mango, and refreshing herbs and spices such as mint, estragon, and cardamom. The stand offers a total of five elaborately designed appetizers, including Akashi octopus and mango marinated in spices, and a slider burger with roast beef from Osaka’s “Nose Kuro Wakagyu” and white peach compote, accented with the scent of coriander. For fish dishes, we serve grilled shrimp sprinkled with a variety of spices, along with a sauce based on refreshing salted lemon, sweet and sour passion fruit, and rich mayonnaise. For meat dishes, you can enjoy bacon-wrapped domestic beef fillet with the spicy kick of black pepper and the subtle sweet and sour taste of blueberries. For dessert, enjoy a parfait with smooth yogurt danjou, garnished with tropical fruits, and the sweet, deep aroma of cardamom and cinnamon. Free-flow drinks include refreshing champagne, Veuve Clicquot, 7 original cocktails, 3 non-alcoholic cocktails, and 10 aromatic black teas.
