At this fair, you can enjoy seafood and mountain delicacies nurtured by the great nature of Hokkaido, and we will offer a variety of cuisines using ingredients from Hokkaido. We offer a variety of menus, including Mashu beef teppanyaki, roasted Hikoma pork, pizza made with Hokkaido wheat, and sweets and cocktails made with Hokkaido melon. In addition, we will have a wide selection of Hokkaido wine and local sake available during the event, allowing you to fully enjoy the charm of Hokkaido’s food culture.
