The venue has been selected as the venue for the second round of the title match “Eiosen” sponsored by Sha Fujiya and the Japan Shogi Federation, a public interest incorporated

A preliminary round tournament was held for all the players, excluding the seeds, and the main tournament was held for a total of 16 players, including the 12 players who made it through the qualifying round and the players who were in the top 4 or above at the Eio match in the previous season. The player who wins the main tournament will win the right to challenge Eio for the fifth match.
