(Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, President and CEO: Masuo Hirata), in collaboration with Osaka Metro (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, official name: Osaka City Rapid Electric Tramway Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as Osaka Metro), will hold the Osaka Metro Flower Goshuin Tour from March 21st (Friday) to November 30th (Sunday), 2025. ○In this event, participants will travel by subway to 66 temples and shrines along the Osaka Metro line, collecting flower goshuin stamps while experiencing the history and culture of the area. As many tourists from Japan and abroad are expected to visit in 2025, we will aim to revitalize the area using the station and surrounding temples and shrines as bases. ○If you visit the shrine with an original goshuin book inspired by the Osaka Metro line color, you can receive a special flower-themed stamp with a flower motif exclusive to this event at each temple or shrine. ○ Seven courses are set for each benefit, and if you collect all the stamps for each course, you will receive a gift for each course. In addition, those who collect special flower goshuin from 66 temples and shrines will receive a commemorative gift. ○During the period, a “Hanachozu” event will be held. The “Devotive Flower Ceremony” is a joint project between the Wasu Project and the Hibiya Kadan Group, which has flower shops and sales offices nationwide. Due to various
circumstances, beautiful flowers that could not be displayed at flower shops (link flowers) will be used as votive flowers to decorate temples and shrines. Through this, we aim to provide an opportunity to experience flowers up close and personal, and to realize a sustainable society through the effective use of resources without wasting the wishes of producers and the flower industry. 〇Other events will be held to convey the charm of visiting Osaka’s temples and shrines to people from overseas, as well as events for each prayer course.
