Fuji Shizuoka Airport (located in Makinohara City, Shizuoka Prefecture) will be holding the very popular Mt. Fuji Shizuoka Airport Runway Walk Tour again this year. The runway at Mt. Fuji Shizuoka Airport, which is normally inaccessible, will be open to the public for this day only, so you can walk or lie down and enjoy your time however you like. The sunrise and Mt. Fuji seen from the runway are truly spectacular. This is a special experience only available to tour participants. We are currently accepting applications for the tour, and the application period will end on Thursday, July 31, 2025. There are only a few days left until the application deadline.
