On the anniversary day, the all-day dining “FIVE – Grill & Lounge” will host a special one-night “FIVE KOLORS – Champagne Celebration” to express gratitude for your patronage over the past five years. The name of the venue, “FIVE – Grill & Lounge,” is a reference to the five colors used in Kaga Yuzen and Kutani ware, traditional Ishikawa crafts. As a grill restaurant that respects tradition while continuing to evolve, it is made up of five sections, and its great appeal is that it can be used in a variety of ways depending on the scene, purpose, and time of day, from breakfast to dinner, tea time, and cocktails. This time, guests can wander around the bar lounge, pavilion, show kitchen, dining, and private dining areas, enjoying original creations prepared according to each concept and theme along with exquisite champagne and cocktails. A variety of signature menus will be available, from popular items prepared by chefs using an abundance of seasonal ingredients from the Hokuriku region, to delicious grilled dishes and desserts. In addition to the world-renowned Veuve Clicquot and the elegant Moet & Chandon, we also have a wide selection of high-quality wines, a wide variety of cocktails, and mocktails that were selected as the best in Japan in a Hyatt competition.
