Press release: July 4, 2025 For the hospitality and food service industry, which is suffering from labor shortages, a free “Kyrgyzstan Human Resource Recruitment and Utilization Seminar” will be held on Wednesday, July 16th. Nippon Travel Agency Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yoshida Keigo) will hold an online seminar on Kyrgyzstan human resource recruitment and utilization for the hospitality and food service industry interested in recruiting foreign talent on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, as part of its global human resource utilization promotion project. 【Seminar Overview】 In recent years, the decline in the workforce in the accommodation and food service industry due to the declining birthrate and the rapid increase in inbound demand has become a social issue. With these social issues as a backdrop, Nippon Travel Agency is working on a project to promote the use of global human resources. Since last year, we have signed a partnership agreement with the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, a leading university in the Kyrgyz Republic in Central Asia, and have strengthened our introduction and support of foreign talent to companies and organizations in Japan.
