development of a hotel today. 1. Purpose of Acquisition Our company is working on hotel development with the aim of contributing to the realization of a tourism-based nation and regional revitalization, and we operate the multi-person hotel brands “fav”, “FAV LUX”, “edit x seven”, and “seven x seven” as well as the cultural business hotel “BASE LAYER HOTEL” nationwide. We have recently acquired a development site (with leasehold) for our group’s multi-person hotel brand as a new property for sale. 2.
