Menu using local ingredients from Chiba Prefecture Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay (1-8 Maihama, Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture; President and General Manager Makoto Minochi) will hold the “Enjoy Chiba Food and Culture Fair” from June 2, 2025 (Monday) to June 30, 2025 (Monday). During this period, two restaurants within the hotel will serve dishes made with Chiba ingredients.

For the dinner course “Bon appetit Chiba”, you can choose a main dish using “Shiawase Kizuna Beef”, which has just the right amount of marbling and the texture of soft red meat, for an additional charge (1,500 yen). In addition, in the Black Ajillo series with Shimousa soy sauce, for a limited time from June 1st to August 31st, you can enjoy “Suigo Akadori Black Ajillo from Chiba Prefecture”, as well as Koedo Sawara Beer (craft beer) “INOU White” and “INOU Black”, which are brewed in Sawara-cho, Katori City, Chiba Prefecture. In addition, “Japanese Restaurant Hagoromo” will hold a special tasting party “Boso Yuumi” for two days only.
